Education:
M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Immunology, Cell Biology, or a related life science field with 0-2+ years of experience in the pharma industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in immunology, cell biology, and molecular biology experiments.
- Maintain and handle mammalian cell cultures under aseptic conditions.
- Isolate and characterize PBMCs for immune response studies.
- Perform transfection for gene/protein expression analysis.
- Support immunological studies, including T- and B-cell activation and cytokine profiling.
- Conduct immunoassays such as ELISA, ELISpot, flow cytometry, and immunofluorescence.
- Carry out cell viability assays such as CellTiter-Glo (CTG).
- Record and analyze experimental data, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with biosafety, GLP, and quality standards.
- Collaborate in experiment planning, troubleshooting, and data reporting.
- Stay updated on new techniques in immunology and molecular biotechnology.
Skills:
- Practical experience in cell culture, PBMC handling, and molecular biology techniques.
- Knowledge of transfection methods, flow cytometry, and cytokine assays.
