Key Responsibilities:
- Enter clinical trial data using CDM software
- Assist in reviewing and resolving data queries
- Track CRF pages and data query flow
- Support testing of databases and edit checks
- Assist with data cleaning and external data reconciliation
- Maintain strong communication with lead CDMs
- Assist in generating reports, listings, and outputs
- Coordinate coding and EDC-related activities
- Maintain tracking systems such as Novotrak and safety logs
- Participate in project meetings when required
- Support minute writing and documentation tasks
- Adhere to the company’s Quality Policy
- Provide administrative support to Data Management
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Maintain professional communication with external stakeholders
- Participate in conferences and professional forums as required
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Line Manager
Educational Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Life Sciences
- Relevant allied qualifications may also be considered
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical industry, or related field
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of clinical data management processes
- Proficiency in CDM tools and data entry systems
- Understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical research workflows
- Excellent organisational and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with global teams
- Strong communication and time-management abilities
