Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Site Selection Lead to meet project objectives
- Identify potential investigators and research sites using multiple intelligence sources
- Build strong relationships with investigators and clinical networks
- Conduct phone selection visits to assess site readiness
- Collect and analyze country-level insights with Country Managers
- Ensure accurate documentation and data management
- Follow ICON’s Site Selection RACI and sponsor procedures
- Support feasibility decisions and maintain accurate site datasets
- Act as a country expert on investigator capability and healthcare infrastructure
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Study Start-Up, CRA Management, and other teams
- Exclude debarred investigators and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Mentor new team members and support knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Track investigator feedback and provide strategic communication
- Promote efficiency, quality, and operational excellence across feasibility projects
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a life science or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in a clinical research environment preferred
Skills Required:
- Strong site evaluation and feasibility assessment skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinical systems
- Ability to work independently and within deadlines
- High customer focus and flexibility
