Key Responsibilities
- Build, update, and maintain TA-level trackers for disclosure deliverables
- Support disclosure activities with system updates
- Collaborate with global clinical study and transparency delivery teams
- Maintain planning and tracking data for critical milestones
- Work with outsourcing partners to ensure compliance with SOPs
- Adapt to evolving transparency regulations and industry trends
- Support risk-management framework implementation
- Identify automation needs and build tools (Power BI, MS Excel automation)
- Apply AI tools (MS Copilot) in routine activities
- Communicate and coordinate across global stakeholders
- Ensure all activities align with GSK policies and regulatory requirements
Educational Requirements
- Master’s degree, preferably in Life Sciences
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting operational activities in clinical trial projects
Skills Required
- Strong data analysis and tracking aptitude
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel (formulas, macros), PowerPoint
- Power BI dashboard development (added advantage)
- Knowledge of AI tools like MS Copilot
- Programming knowledge (Python) is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to adapt in dynamic global environments
