The role supports global and local clinical trials, ensuring risk-based quality assurance and adherence to GCP principles across all stages of clinical development. The position reports to the Quality Compliance Associate Director.

Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree OR
- Master’s degree + 2 years of quality management experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree + 4 years of quality management experience OR
- Associate’s degree + 8 years of quality management experience OR
- High school diploma/GED + 10 years of quality management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or pharmaceutical/biotech quality systems
- Knowledge of electronic QMS (Veeva, TrackWise)
- Strong understanding of Clinical R&D and global regulatory requirements
- Expertise in clinical trial protocol development and inspection readiness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as GCP Subject Matter Expert for clinical trial quality oversight
- Provide end-to-end quality support for clinical development programs
- Ensure compliance with global and local regulatory standards
- Support risk-based assessments using RACT for trials
- Oversee quality management activities including deviations, CAPAs, and audit readiness
- Ensure data integrity of trial data and associated technologies
- Review clinical trial protocols for quality simplification and improvement
- Implement innovative and proactive quality oversight methodologies
- Manage regulatory inspections and audit responses
- Prepare and analyze data quality trends
- Support clinical trial teams with quality compliance activities
- Provide study-specific vendor quality oversight
- Conduct risk-based GCP audits
