Education & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related discipline.
  • OR Bachelor’s degree with 1.5+ years of related industry experience.
  • OR Associate’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and managing end‑to‑end project schedules, scope, dependencies, and deliverables for publications, medical content, and congress activities
  • Facilitating team meetings and working sessions, capturing decisions and action items, and driving timely follow‑through
  • Support in building dashboards and routine reports to monitor data quality, assess impact, and communicate KPIs and compliance measures
  • Coordinating congress planning and execution support in alignment with established processes
  • Support in the end-to-end management of publication or other scientific communications deliverable
  • Supporting publications operations in partnership with US-based publication planners and subject matter experts
  • Driving continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and opportunities for automation; contributing to user acceptance testing and training for adoption of new or enhanced tools
  • Ensuring adherence to Amgen Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of project management experience in a regulated or compliance-driven environment.
  • Background in scientific writing, publications, or scientific communications
  • Familiarity with biotech tools such as Salesforce, Veeva Vault, and publication platforms.
  • Strong command of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Miro, and project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven stakeholder management experience.
  • Exposure to automation or AI-assisted workflows and process optimization tools.
