(IBAB) Interdisciplinary Life Science Programme to Advanced Research and Education (LeveI1).” - Project Duration: Till 07.03.2027
- Funding Agency: Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India
- Principal Investigator: Prof. Vijayalakshmi M
- Fellowship: Rs. 37,000 + HRA (Consolidated), Contractual appointment, renewable yearly or up to project completion.
Educational Requirements:
- Master’s Degree (M.Sc./M.Tech or equivalent) / B.Tech. in Bioinformatics / Biotechnology / Life Sciences or related subjects with at least 60% marks or 6.50 CGPA.
- Candidates who have qualified for CSIR-UGC-NET (Lectureship), DBT-BET, or GATE are desirable.
- Strong programming skills are essential.
- Experience in analysing Next Generation Sequencing data and understanding machine/deep learning algorithms.
- Ability to maintain accurate lab records and data, good organisational and prioritisation skills, team spirit, and willingness to learn new techniques.
