- Institutional Junior Research Fellow (Life Sciences Division)
Job Overview:
- Area of Research: Applied Microbiology and Biomedicine / Pharmacology and Drug Discovery
- Fellowship Amount:
- ₹37,000 per month + HRA (JRF)
- Upgradable to ₹42,000 per month + HRA (SRF) upon fulfilling eligibility and performance criteria
Educational Requirements:
- M.Sc. in any Branch of Life Sciences
- M.Sc. Biotechnology
- M.Sc. Zoology
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 55% marks in Master’s degree (50% for SC/ST).
- Must have:
- CSIR-NET JRF / UGC-NET JRF / DBT-JRF / ICMR-JRF OR
- CSIR/UGC NET Category 2 or 3 OR
- Valid JEST score
Age Limit:
- Upper age limit: 28 years as on last date of application
- Age relaxation as per Government of India norms
