Job Details
- Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
- Department: Department of Microbiology, PAU, Ludhiana
- Fellowship: ₹31,000 + 16% HRA per month (Fixed ₹35,960)
- Project Code: CSS-82 (PC-6412)
- Project Title: “Development of wine yeast starter inoculum with improved flavor phenotype through metabolic foot printing”
- Essential Qualifications
- B.Sc. in any discipline of Life Sciences with a minimum OCPA of 6.00/10.00 basis or 60% marks.
- M.Sc. in Microbiology (with NET) with a minimum OCPA of 6.50/10.00 basis or 65% marks.
- Desirable Qualification
- Experience in fermentation techniques.
Note:
- Candidates who do not possess a Master’s degree in Microbiology but hold a Ph.D. in Microbiology required at the Master’s level shall also be eligible.
- If no M.Sc.-qualified NET candidate is available, the JRF will be appointed at ₹25,000 + 16% HRA.
