Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify key client insights
- Transform data into actionable recommendations
- Support client meetings, workshops, and project execution
- Assist in developing consulting methodologies and project frameworks
- Perform desk research using internal and external resources
- Contribute to client deliverables including reports and presentations
- Support business proposals and new project initiatives

- Participate in internal innovation and capability-building activities
Educational Requirements
- Exceptional Bachelor’s degree OR Master’s degree / PhD in Life Sciences or related fields
- MBA preferred for the Associate Consultant level
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Life sciences industry, Pricing and market access consulting, Healthcare strategy / analytics

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word
