JOB OVERVIEW:
- Project title: “Carbon from Biomass for Na Battery.” Candidates will contribute to research in electrochemistry, materials synthesis, and Na-ion battery development.
- Age Limit: Not more than 35 years
- Tenure: Initially for 1 year, extendable based on performance and project continuation.
- Emoluments: Rs. 25,000 + 30% HRA per month.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Biochemistry
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop biomass-derived anode materials
- Test and optimize materials for Na-ion battery applications
- Conduct electrochemical, materials characterization, or electronic measurements (as relevant)
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Electrochemistry and battery fabrication
- Materials synthesis (Pyrolysis)
- Materials characterization
- Electronic measurements on coatings and devices
