Job Details:
Project Title: ARP-04016 MI: Tasar Silkworm Disease Monitoring and Management in North and Central States of India. (Pl: Dr. Nidhi Sukhija, Scientist-В)
Principal Investigator:
Dr. Nidhi Sukhija, Scientist-B- Fellowship:
- First two years Rs.31,000.00 + HRA 16% (with NET/GATE)
- Rs.21,000.00 + HRA 16% (without NET/GATE)
- After two years (as SRF) Rs.35,000 + HRA 16% (with NET/GATE)
- Rs.25,000.00 + HRA 16% (without NET/GATE)
- Duration: Till Completion of the Project ie., 28.02.2028
- Age Limit: The upper age limit of 35 years as on the date of the notification (age relaxation is applicable for a maximum period of 5 years in respect of SC/ST/OBC and physically challenged candidates as per rules).

Educational Requirements:
- M.Sc./M.Tech in Graduation in Microbiology/Zoology/ Biotechnology/Life Sciences/ Pathology/ Entomology/ Epidemiology/Agriculture/Forestry/ Forest Science/ Environmental Science/ Ecology & Environmental Science/ Botany or equivalent with 55% marks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in research activities under the Tasar silkworm disease monitoring project.
- Support field-based and laboratory-based experiments.
- Collect, analyze, and document data as per project requirements.
- Ensure scientific integrity and compliance with project protocols.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge in life sciences and biological research.
- Ability to conduct field and lab-based scientific studies.
- Good analytical and documentation skills.
- Research aptitude and teamwork ability.
