The Antibody Team is dedicated to antibody engineering, design, purification, conjugation, and immunoassay testing using next-generation tools and technologies—an ideal setting for candidates passionate about developing strong technical expertise within life science jobs and biotech jobs.
Educational Requirements:
- A Master’s degree (0–4 years experience) or
- A recent PhD (within last one year) in life sciences fields such as biotechnology, molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, protein biology, protein design, or related disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute experiments to meet program goals
- Maintain accurate and timely laboratory documentation
- Stay current with literature in antibody development
- Compile, present, and discuss scientific data
- Show precision, attention to detail, and timely task completion
Skills Required:
- Knowledge in protein and antibody purification
- Expertise in affinity, ion-exchange & size exclusion chromatography
- Experience with AKTA, NGC, and automated purification systems
- Proficiency in SDS-PAGE, SEC-HPLC, ELISA, Western blot, IF
- Familiarity with antibody engineering, mutant design, molecular biology
- Understanding of structural biology & tools like Pymol, Schrodinger
- Strong data analysis skills, MS Office, Prism software
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
