Educational Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field with 1–2 years of experience in Food or Beverage R&D; or
- Graduates with 2–3 years of experience preferably in the tea industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and improve tea blends that are better for consumers and the planet.
- Plan and execute experiments, analyze data, and draw scientific conclusions.
- Translate consumer insights into product hypotheses and validate them through testing.
- Lead technical benchmarking and stability studies to ensure product excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across R&D, Brand, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance.
- Support factory scale-up with clear documentation and training.
- Drive cost-effective and sustainable product improvements.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of product development principles and R&D processes.
- Familiarity with ingredients, formulations, and flavor systems.
- Experience with data management tools.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
