Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or any other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in experience sensory and consumer research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement sensory & consumer insights methods.
- Design and execute quantitative consumer tests.
- Conduct qualitative research including moderator guide creation & moderating.
- Analyze sensory and consumer data using statistical models.
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for flavor development.
- Present findings to internal teams and customers (with guidance).
- Collaborate with cross-functional PX teams, Researchers, Panel Leaders & Technicians.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of sensory and consumer research methods
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative research
- Analytical thinking & data interpretation skills
- Familiarity with research tools (e.g., XLSTAT)
- Ability to mentor or guide junior team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High learning agility and problem-solving capability
