Key Responsibilities:
- Generate innovative product ideas and contribute to recipe development
- Support improvements and modifications in existing recipes
- Participate in process design and scale-up for large-scale production
- Coordinate with vendors for new ingredients, equipment, and lab services
- Conduct physicochemical and microbiological analyses
- Perform sensory evaluations and maintain documentation
- Work on recipe management software
- Assist in validating products as per FSSAI guidelines
- Support product shelf-life studies
- Prepare reports, presentations, and study documents
- Travel (approx. 20%) to plants, OEM units, and vendor locations as needed
Education:
A Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Science or Food processing Technology, priority for the one with experience

Skills:
- Basic knowledge of FSSAI regulations, food quality, and sensory evaluation.
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
