Purpose of the Role:
The Sr. Quality Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and executing the Nutrition Analytical Maintenance Program to ensure accurate product nutrition labeling and compliance with global regulations. This food science job role supports labeling specialists by providing technical insights into nutrition facts, ingredient declarations, allergen statements, and product claims. It demands expertise in regulatory standards, food science, and analytical processes to drive accuracy and continuous improvement in food labeling.

Education:
Bachelor’s in Food Science, Dairy Science, Nutrition, or related field with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
Key Accountabilities:
1) 70% – Technical Execution
- Manage and execute nutritional analytical testing to verify label compliance.
- Ensure alignment with FDA and USDA regulations and internal standards.
- Collaborate with partners to plan sampling, coordinate lab testing, and verify results.
- Use digital tools and analytics to enhance workflows and compliance monitoring.
- Support regulatory projects with data maintenance and reporting.
2) 15% – Collaboration & Business Partnering
- Partner with the Labeling & Regulatory Compliance team to support new product development.
- Provide regulatory-aligned responses for customer and consumer queries.
- Integrate data systems to generate insights for labeling accuracy.
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations for decision-making.
3) 10% – Continuous Improvement & Development
- Identify process efficiencies and drive digital transformation.
- Explore new methods and best practices to enhance analytical quality.
- Stay updated with evolving regulatory requirements and technologies.
4) 5% – Administrative Responsibilities
