Qualification:
- Ph.D in Food Technology is Mandatory
- B.Tech & M.Tech/M.E in Food Technology / Food Engineering / Food Processing / Dairy Technology / Food Science & Nutrition / Food Safety or relevant specialization.
Experience:
Fresher or up to 2 years of teaching/research/industry experience post-M.Tech. Teaching experience during M.Tech (as a teaching assistant) is considered desirable.

- Excellent teaching and presentation skills
- Ability to guide students in labs & projects
