Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market, competitive, and SWOT analyses to support client strategy.
- Develop business cases, GTM models, investment assessments, and growth roadmaps.
- Support healthcare transformation initiatives including digital adoption, care model redesign, and operational efficiency.
- Work with C-suite leaders, clinicians, technology teams, and global stakeholders.
- Lead presales functions including RFP/RFI responses, storyboarding, solution creation, and proposal reviews.
- Perform gap assessments, future-state modeling, and design healthcare operating models.
- Drive large-scale payer/provider projects across HIS/EMR, claims, benefit systems, case management, member care, pricing, and compliance.
- Create strategic recommendations, frameworks, and thought leadership documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn strategy into implementation.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Life Sciences or related fields.
- Value-added certifications: Lean Six Sigma, PMP, HFMA, healthcare IT certifications.
Required Experience:
- 3–5 years in healthcare consulting, healthcare strategy, or transformation.
- Experience with payer & provider platforms: EPIC, Cerner, ECW, FACETS, QNXT, HealthEdge, AllScripts, etc.
- Work experience in 2+ domains: Health Insurance, Care/Case Management, PBM, Pharma, Hospital Operations, Claims, Benefits, EDI, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, HIPAA, Fraud/AML, etc.
- Hands-on experience with global healthcare systems, ACOs, HIX, MLR rules, underwriting, and reimbursement models.
- Exposure to large deals, presales, product lifecycle, TCO analysis, and solutioning.
- Expertise in healthcare coding systems (ICD9/10, CPT4, SNOMED) and HL7 workflows.
- Experience handling multiple client implementations and stakeholder groups.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in top-tier consulting or healthcare advisory.
- Understanding of healthcare ecosystems across countries (private, public, universal).
- Exposure to digital health, AI, population health, payer–provider collaboration.
- Experience with value-based care, market entry, health equity, or global health operations.
