Job Details:
The Data Team Lead will manage end-to-end delivery of data management services across single and multi-service projects. The role involves overseeing project planning, quality control, and timely execution within budget, ensuring client satisfaction and regulatory compliance. You’ll lead a high-performing data management team, provide

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in biological, clinical, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in data management with at least 6 months as a CDM project lead.
- Solid understanding of GCPs, regulatory guidelines, and clinical data processes.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary client contact for data management deliverables.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and close-out ensuring quality and compliance.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and service performance metrics.
- Support the creation and review of Data Management Plans (DMPs).
- Ensure proactive quality management and compliance tracking.
- Lead and mentor team members for performance excellence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve data issues efficiently.
- Participate in RFP and bid defense activities as required.
