Job Details:
The Analyst – Clinical Research develops essential artefacts like Human Readable and Data Dictionary using MAT tools and ensures accurate interpretation of clinical information. Working closely with clinical teams and database personnel, the role supports registry data operations, regulatory adherence and routine analytics for clinical departments.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Life Sciences
- Experience in clinical data management, clinical research or registry operations
- Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflows
- Understanding of clinical regulatory guidelines and HIPAA
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Human Readable and Data Dictionary artefacts
- Maintain artefacts for each performance year
- Analyze CMS documents and apply updates
- Submit registry reports accurately and timely
- Analyze codes and perform code cleaning activities
- Interpret clinical information into standard formats
- Generate periodic performance reports
- Ensure compliance with registry guidelines and HIPAA
- Collaborate with researchers and data teams
- Provide guidance, training and communication with internal and external partners
Skills Required:
- Strong clinical and medical terminology understanding
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL, R, SAS, Python or visualization tools
- Knowledge of ICD, CPT, HCPCS, SNOMED CT
- Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills
- Ability to support registry operations and clinical reporting
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to manage data, workflows and quality standards
