As a core member of the Clinical Trial Team (CTT), the Clinical Scientific Expert I (CSE I) provides data-driven insights and ensures scientific plausibility of study outcomes, supporting the delivery of high-quality results within defined timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities For Clinical Research Jobs at Novartis
- Contribute to the planning and execution of global clinical trials in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Support program-level activities such as issue resolution planning and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with data management, clinical development, and Novartis Country Pharma Organizations to ensure efficient study execution.
- Perform detailed clinical data review and identify trends, signals, and risks associated with patient safety and trial endpoints.
- Report adverse events, special case scenarios, or technical complaints within 24 hours of receipt.
- Support the creation of essential study documents, including protocols, informed consent forms, and clinical sections of CTA submissions.
- Ensure all deliverables meet Novartis quality, compliance, and inspection-readiness standards.

Experience and Education Required For Clinical Research Jobs at Novartis
