Key Responsibilities
The Project Specialist is a key member of the Project Support Team, focusing on operational readiness and management assurance.
- Project Management Support: Assist Project Managers (PMs) with managing project deliverables, cost control, and risk management.
- Operational Maintenance: Ensure the setup and ongoing maintenance of operational project plans, timelines, and study-tracking tools and systems, as required.
- Regional Coordination: Take a lead role to provide support services to the team on regional studies while coordinating with the regional Clinical Support teams.
- Quality Focus: Work flexibly as part of a team and proactively identify opportunities to improve inefficiencies.
Essential Qualifications and Expertise

Education & Experience
- Education: Graduate in a Clinical or Life Sciences-related field.
- Experience: Ideally 1–2 years’ experience within the clinical research industry.
- Preferred Background: Previous experience in a Clinical Trial Administrator (CTA) role would be highly regarded.
- Industry Advantage: Experience working in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or healthcare industry would be advantageous.
