JOB DETAILS:
The Clinical Operations Manager – TMF plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across Trial Master File processes. The role contributes to system improvements, supports operational client needs, aligns with market expectations, and ensures TMF quality, compliance
, and continuous optimization. This is a strategic and operational leadership role ideal for candidates wanting to advance in clinical research jobs and parexel jobs.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, or other health-related fields
- Equivalent clinical or business education may be considered
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure high-quality TMF deliverables and implement corrective actions when needed
- Maintain working knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and Parexel SOPs
- Support development and optimization of SOPs, tools, and TMF materials
- Serve as a subject matter expert for internal project teams
- Provide feedback to functional leadership and aid process implementation
- Maintain project libraries and support business opportunities
- Lead and support metrics collection, reporting, and operational planning
- Complete administrative tasks (metrics, timecards, expense reports) on schedule
- Manage own deliverables as SME, ensuring timely and quality outcomes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for TMF operations
- Support problem-solving and operational challenges with analytical insights
SKILLS REQUIRED:
