Job Details:
As a Clinical Data Coordinator Trainee, you’ll be part of the Data Management Team within the Clinical Development Operations unit. The role involves preparing, validating, processing, and maintaining clinical data in compliance with international regulatory standards. Using tools like EDC and SAS, you’ll support ongoing
clinical studies while ensuring accuracy and data integrity for regulatory submissions and publications.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Life Sciences preferred) or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review edit specifications and data cleaning standards.
- Support coding schedules as outlined in the data management plan.
- Conduct manual data listing reviews and raise queries as needed.
- Oversee query management functions and ensure resolution of data issues.
- Coordinate data transfers from external vendors (PK/PD, imaging, laboratory data).
- Perform data reconciliation and final patient data reviews before database lock.
- Contribute to data management documentation and support SAE reconciliation processes.
