Key Responsibilities
- Assist in design, preparation, and validation of qPCR / RT-PCR assays for infectious diseases and molecular testing.
- Perform sample processing, reagent preparation, and experiment setup following SOPs and biosafety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate experimental records, data analysis, and documentation.
- Support lyophilization, stability testing, and kit assembly processes.
- Operate and maintain Real-Time PCR machines (Bio-Rad, QuantStudio, etc.).
- Assist in troubleshooting experiments, primer/probe optimization, and data interpretation.
- Coordinate with senior scientists for ongoing R&D projects, validation studies, and performance evaluations.
Desired Skills
- Hands-on experience in RT-PCR / qPCR techniques (academic or internship experience acceptable).
- Basic knowledge of molecular biology, primer design, and reagent preparation.
- Familiarity with biosafety practices and GLP/GMP documentation.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
