Position Overview
Galanto Innovations is seeking passionate and motivated Biomedical Engineers to join as Technical & Business Product Specialists.
This role involves demonstrating products to customers, explaining technical and clinical aspects, converting leads, and offering after-sales technical support. You’ll also document your activities and present updates to the internal team regularly.
Key Responsibilities

Client Discovery: Identify potential clients through calls, meetings, and social media channels.

Product Demonstration: Conduct on-field product demos and explain technical benefits to customers.

Client Conversion: Develop strategies to convert prospects into clients.

Technical Support: Handle product servicing and troubleshooting at client sites.

Market Research:
Study industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to improve offerings. -
Documentation: Record all client interactions, field reports, and updates for internal reviews.
Required Qualifications

Education: B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering (mandatory)

Technical Skills:
-
Knowledge of electronics, PCB design, soldering, and instrumentation

Good communication and presentation skills

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in Digital Marketing, Sales, or Leadership roles is an advantage

Compensation & Benefits

Stipend (Training Period): ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Full-Time Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Performance Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 per closed deal

Travel Allowance: Provided
