- Execute end-to-end NGS and multi-omics data analysis including scRNA-Seq, ATAC-Seq, RNA-Seq, WES/WGS, and ChIP-Seq
- Develop and optimize pipelines using R, Python, Nextflow, and Docker
- Generate biological insights, hypotheses, and detailed interpretations
- Support drug discovery, biomarker identification, disease modeling, and translational research
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary scientific teams
- Present findings to internal teams, partners, and clients
- Prepare technical reports, manuscripts, visualizations, and scientific summaries
- Ensure timely execution and high-quality project delivery
- Maintain awareness of new computational techniques and bioinformatics tools
- Work with biological databases, ontologies, and integrated datasets
Educational Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biotechnology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience in NGS data analysis, omics workflows, and computational biology
Skills
- Strong expertise in scRNA-Seq and omics data analysis
- Proficiency in Python, R, Shell scripting
- Experience with Nextflow, Docker, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
- Hands-on exposure to GWAS, eQTL/pQTL, variant analysis, population genomics
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle
- Experience with Git/GitHub
- Ability to build and optimize bioinformatics workflows
- Strong understanding of biological databases and data standard
