Key Responsibilities:
- Install, validate, and maintain MGI NGS sequencing instruments and affiliated equipment.
- Provide customer training and on-site application support.
- Troubleshoot sequencing runs, software issues, and hardware performance challenges.
- Perform preliminary failure analysis and escalate critical issues.
- Offer strategic customer feedback to product and marketing teams.
- Support sales teams via technical demonstrations when needed.
- Build strong customer relationships in assigned regions.
- Mentor new hires and share professional expertise.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biochemistry, or related life science fields.
- Prior experience in servicing biomedical equipment preferred.
- Knowledge of Genetics, Molecular Biology, or Bioinformatics is desirable.
- Familiarity with IVD regulations is an advantage.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of biomedical equipment servicing
- Molecular biology/NGS instrumentation understanding
- Troubleshooting & analytical thinking
- Customer communication skills
- PC and networking knowledge
- Ability to travel frequently
