The National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM), an Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India, invites applications for the contractual Young Professional vacancy in the Research & Outreach cell, Kundli.
Position Details:
- Post: Young Professional
- Number of Positions: 1
- Remuneration: ₹37,000 + 10% HRA per month
- Duration: 6 months (extendable based on performance)
Essential Qualification: Master’s degree with 55% marks or equivalent in any of the following specializations:
- Life Sciences & Allied Sciences
- Food Technology / Food Science & Technology
- Food Engineering / Food Processing Technology
- Post-Harvest Engineering
- Food Safety & Quality Management
- Dairy Science & Technology
- Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics
- Related fields
Desirable Qualification Young Professional Job :
- PhD in any of the fields mentioned above
- Research experience, publications, patents, or other relevant achievements
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the Research & Outreach divisions of NIFTEM
- Gain understanding of IPR basics, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights
- Assist in data compilation, management, brochure/pamphlet preparation, and organizing feedback
- Manage project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documents
General Instructions:
- The position is purely contractual.
- Duration: 6 months, extendable based on requirements and performance.
