Educational Requirements for the Senior CRA Position:
- M.Sc / M.Pharm / Pharm.D / BAMS / BDS / MDS / BHMS
- Any life sciences degree
Core Purpose of the Senior CRA Position:
Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits in accordance with the contracted scope of work, Standard Operating Procedures, and applicable Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Guidelines and Regulations.
Role Accountabilities for the Senior CRA Position:
- Create and maintain appropriate documentation regarding site management, monitoring visit findings, and action plans
- Timely submission of timesheets for project-specific and other tasks
Leadership Capabilities:
Provide assistance to the Clinical Project Manager with design of study tools, documents, and processes. Assignment as a Lead Clinical Research Associate (if required).
Key Responsibilities of the Senior CRA Position:
- Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits following GCP guidelines and protocol requirements.
- Manage assigned study sites including regulatory submissions, subject recruitment, CRF completion, and data query resolution.
- Provide protocol and study training to sites and maintain regular communication to manage project expectations.
- Ensure quality and integrity of studies; resolve site-level quality issues with Clinical Project Manager.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site management, visit findings, and follow-up actions.
- Submit timesheets for project-specific and other tasks on time.
- Support Clinical Project Managers in designing study tools, documents, and processes.
- Act as Lead CRA when required, coordinating project-level responsibilities and team activities.
