Job Purpose:
To contribute to the Assay Biology group by developing, optimizing, and validating cell-based and biochemical assays, and supporting compound screening and data analysis.

Educational Requirements for the Senior Associate Scientist Position:

M.Sc or M.Tech in Biological Sciences with 3 to 8 years of experience
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Associate Scientist Position:
- Develop, optimize, and validate cell-based assays across various assay formats.
- Perform biochemical and enzyme-based assay development.
- Screen compounds, including small and large molecules.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare technical reports.
- Follow Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards and ensure laboratory compliance.
Skills Required for the Senior Associate Scientist Position:
- Strong expertise in mammalian cell culture.
- Hands-on experience with TR-FRET, HTRF, Fluorescence, AlphaScreen, and Luminescence assays.
- Knowledge of ELISA, Luminex-based assays, and cytokine estimations.
- Experience with human primary cells, RT-PCR, Western blotting, and flow cytometry.
- Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (GraphPad Prism, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Technical/Functional Skills Required for Senior Associate Scientist Position:
