Educational Requirements for the Associate – HEVA Role:
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related discipline
- Medical degree preferred
- Strong analytical and research background in health economics or outcomes research
Key Responsibilities of the Associate – HEVA Role:
- Execute assigned Evidence Synthesis projects including search strategy development, screening, and data extraction.
- Support the HEVA value identification and evidence generation process to ensure optimal access and reimbursement decisions.
- Contribute to research planning and execution across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch stages for global and local markets.
- Develop and assist in burden of illness studies, epidemiology, literature reviews, meta-analyses, and economic evaluations.
- Support development of Core Value Dossiers (CVD) and AMCP dossiers to provide strategic insights.
- Collaborate with global teams including RWE, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Market Access.
- Ensure adherence to HEVA evidence generation guidelines and maintain documentation standards.
Skills Required for the Associate – HEVA Role:
- Technical Skills: Strong analytical ability to interpret clinical and economic data and develop payer-focused strategies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Language: Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
