1. Junior Research Fellow (Entomology) – TTRI Jorhat, Assam

  • Number of Posts: 1

  • Upper Age Limit: 35 years

  • Qualification: M.Sc. Life Science / Agricultural, preferably Entomology

  • Desirable Experience:

    Two years of tea-related research experience

  • Monthly Fellowship: Rs. 20,000 + 8% HRA (1st & 2nd year), Rs. 22,000 + 8% HRA (3rd year)

  • Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect and maintain insect pests
  • Laboratory pest culture management
  • Conduct insecticide bio-efficacy studies
  • Execute multi-locational field trials
  • Generate CIBRC data for selected insecticides
  • Duration: 3 years

2. Junior Research Fellow (Pathology) – NBRDC Nagrakata, West Bengal

  • Number of Posts: 1
  • Upper Age Limit: 35 years
  • Qualification for the JRF Vacancy: M.Sc. Life Science / Agricultural, preferably Microbiology / Pathology / Mycology
  • Desirable Experience: Tea-related research experience
  • Monthly Fellowship: Rs. 20,000 + 8% HRA (1st & 2nd year), Rs. 22,000 + 8% HRA (3rd year)
  • Job Responsibilities:
      • Collect and maintain disease samples

      • Laboratory culture management

      • Conduct fungicide bio-efficacy studies

      • Execute multi-locational field trials

      • Generate CIBRC data for selected fungicides

  • Duration: 3 years
