Position Details
Senior Project Associate (01 Position)
- Fellowship / Salary: ₹57,000 + 10% HRA per month
- Upper Age Limit: 45 years
- Project Duration: Initially 3 months, extendable annually (co-terminus with the project)
- Minimum Educational Qualifications:
- Four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences / Engineering / Technology / Medicine / BVSc / BPharm with 4 years of R&D experience in industrial or academic institutions, or
- Master’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences / Engineering / Technology with 2 years of R&D experience, or
- Ph.D. in Science / Engineering / Technology / Pharma / MD / Master of Surgery from a recognized university.
- Desirable Qualifications (Not Mandatory):
- Proven project management and team leadership skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and accounting.
- Excellent command of English for reports, emails, and presentations.
- Ability to manage teams (4–5 members) effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
- Experience in content writing, editing, and publishing.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivation and creativity in project execution.
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the DREAMS Consortium.
- Manage internal/external communications, meeting schedules, and project coordination.
- Organize workshops, conferences, and research visits.
- Create engaging and informative content for the consortium’s website, press releases, and social media.
Scientific & Administrative Assistant (01 Position)
- Fellowship / Salary: ₹24,000 + 10% HRA per month
- Project Duration: Initially 3 months, extendable annually (co-terminus with the project)
- Minimum Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Hands-on experience with computers and accounting.
- Desirable Qualifications (Not Mandatory):
- Experience in project management and accounts.
- Strong English communication and documentation skills.
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day scientific and administrative operations.
- Assist laboratory activities and maintain data accuracy.
- Prepare and manage project expenditure records and balance sheets.
- Support coordination across research and administrative units.
