The Senior Research Associate-II will be responsible for designing experiments, optimizing fermentation conditions, and collaborating with global teams to scale up production. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute fermentation experiments under guidance to optimize production.
- Conduct shake flask fermentation experiments and evaluate results.
- Collaborate with fermentation facilities for large-scale process transfers (100L, 250L, 1500L, 10KL, and more).
- Perform microbiological and biochemical analyses to characterize fermented products.
- Prepare research reports and PowerPoint presentations for R&D meetings.
- Manage multiple fermentation-based research projects under the supervision of a Project Lead.
- Ensure confidentiality of proprietary data, formulations, and trade secrets.
- Follow good laboratory and scientific practices in compliance with health and safety policies.
