Job Purpose:
Detail-oriented and committed Quality Assurance Executive to support and enhance our Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820, and other applicable regulatory standards. This job for Life Science candidates involves document control, audit support, CAPA management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure high-quality standards across operations.

Educational Requirements for the Quality Assurance Executive Job:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or any relevant Life Sciences discipline.
- Specialization in Regulatory Affairs or Quality Assurance is preferred.
- Professional Experience: 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance within a regulated industry such as Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or Life Sciences
Key Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Executive Job:
- Develop and maintain SOPs and Work Instructions per regulatory requirements.
- Ensure document and record control according to ISO 13485 and other quality standards.
- Participate in internal and external audits, supporting audit readiness.
- Identify and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct root cause analysis for complaints and non-conformities.
- Present regular reports on QMS performance to management.
- Collaborate with internal departments for continuous quality improvement.
- Assist in supplier evaluation and complaint handling systems.
Skills Required for the for the Quality Assurance Executive Job:
- Strong understanding of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 compliance.
- Knowledge of MDSAP standards is a plus.
- Excellent documentation and scientific writing skills.
- Internal Auditor certification preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
