Job Summary:
The QC Microbiologist will be responsible for conducting microbiological testing and ensuring compliance with GMP, GLP, and SOP standards. The role involves performing environmental and water monitoring, sterility testing, and supporting QA and production teams to maintain product quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
● Perform microbiological testing, including environmental monitoring, water testing, and sterility testing.
● Ensure adherence to GMP, GLP, and SOP guidelines during all testing and documentation activities.
● Investigate deviations and assist in documentation and corrective action processes.
● Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance and Production departments to maintain quality standards.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date laboratory records and reports.
● Support validation and calibration activities as required.
Qualification & Skills:
● B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology
or related discipline.● 1–2 years of experience in QC Microbiology (pharma or biotech industry preferred).
● Strong understanding of microbiological techniques and regulatory compliance.
● Good documentation and communication skills.
● Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
