Job Description for QC Biology Jobs Dr Reddy’s Labs
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QC Associate to join our quality control team in Hyderabad, India. As a QC Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products through rigorous testing and analysis.

Perform quality control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products

Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results

Conduct data analysis and interpret test results using statistical methods

Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate documentation of all quality control activities

Assist in the development and improvement of quality control procedures

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions

Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulatory requirements

Participate in internal audits and support external regulatory inspections

Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control processes and methodologies
Qualifications for QC Biology Jobs Dr Reddy’s Labs

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field

1-3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting

Proficiency in quality control procedures, techniques, and statistical methods

Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and instrumentation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail

Excellent documentation and reporting abilities

Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, etc.)

Knowledge of quality management systems

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently

Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is a plus
