Educational Requirements for the QA Job:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Food Technology or Food Microbiology
Key Responsibilities for the QA Job:
- Conduct GMP and food safety audits across stores
- Monitor store hygiene, ambience, and compliance
- Prepare audit reports and ensure closure of non-conformance with RCA & CAPA
- Impart GMP and food safety training to staff
- Coordinate pest control activities and review their effectiveness
- Maintain FSMS documentation and ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations
- Resolve customer complaints with RCA & CAPA
- Collaborate with internal and external labs for product testing
- Ensure stores comply with central and state regulatory requirements
- Conduct market visits for product quality benchmarking
- Reduce quality rejections through improved practices and solutions
- Coordinate with projects and maintenance teams for preventive maintenance and new store openings
Skills Required for the QA Job:
- Awareness of HACCP and FSMS standards
- Knowledge of food spoilage (chemical, physical, biological) and hands-on experience in analysis
- Understanding of food safety regulatory requirements
- Experience in internal and external auditing
- Familiarity with industrial best practices in food safety
