- Essential Qualifications: Candidates must possess one of the following from a recognized university or institution:
- Master’s / Integrated Master’s degree in Natural Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, MVSc, or Animal Sciences
OR - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Medicine
- Master’s / Integrated Master’s degree in Natural Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, MVSc, or Animal Sciences
- Desirable Qualifications
- Candidates with the following expertise will be given preference:
- Proven experience in NGS data analysis and genomics research.
- Working knowledge of Python, C, PERL, R, and data mining techniques.
- Strong analytical and technical skills suitable for computational biology or data-driven research jobs.
- Age Limit
- Maximum age: 35 years (as per the closing date of application).
- Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates, as per Government of India norms.
- Monthly Emoluments
- ₹31,000 + HRA per month – For candidates who have qualified CSIR-UGC/ICAR/ICMR NET (Lectureship/Assistant Professorship) or GATE, or those selected through national-level examinations conducted by Central Government departments/agencies (DBT/DST/ICMR, etc.).
- ₹25,000 + HRA per month – For candidates not covered under the above category.
