About the Role

The Product Management Specialist II will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of Thermo Fisher’s antibody product portfolio. This role involves market analysis, cross-functional collaboration, data governance, and execution of product line strategies to ensure business growth and portfolio optimization.

Product Management Specialist Job- Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, including forecasting, pricing, margin analysis, improvements, and discontinuations.
  • Lead new product introductions, ensuring accurate documentation, workflows, and timely data submission.
  • Provide product and systems support, troubleshooting issues and driving effective resolutions.
  • Conduct customer interviews and market research to define product requirements and value propositions.
  • Maintain and audit product data governance across platforms.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Market Development, Sales, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment.
  • Perform competitive and market analyses to support product growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to Practical Process Improvement (PPI) initiatives for workflow optimization.
  • Take ownership of strategic and emerging projects within the portfolio.

Product Management Specialist Job- Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience handling large datasets and conducting competitive analysis.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with antibody or immunoassay technologies.
  • Experience with enterprise systems such as Oracle or E1.
  • Prior experience in life sciences product management or commercialization.
