Job Overview – Postdoctoral Fellowship
Applications are invited for the postdoctoral fellowship positions in the Departments of Biological Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Physical Sciences, Earth & Environmental Sciences, and Computer Science. The fellowship provides a platform for motivated researchers to pursue independent studies under the mentorship of experienced faculty members at IISER Berhampur.
The appointment is purely temporary and based on the candidate’s academic performance and research excellence. The fellowship can be extended yearly, up to a maximum of three years, based on satisfactory performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with an excellent academic record. Candidates who have submitted their thesis and are awaiting the award of the degree may also apply.
- Experience: 0–5 years post-Ph.D. research experience.
- Age Limit: Preferably below 35 years as of the date of application.
