Educational Requirements for the Clinical Research Job:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline (Required)
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience in pharmacovigilance or clinical research preferred
- Good understanding of medical terminology, drug safety processes, and regulatory guidelines
Key Responsibilities for the Operations Specialist Job:

- Collect and track Adverse Events (AEs) and ensure accurate data entry into safety databases
- Perform pharmacovigilance activities including narrative writing and literature monitoring
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance in all deliverables
- In this Operations Specialist Job, you have to Participate in training programs and maintain up-to-date knowledge of IQVIA and client SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—clinical, data management, and project management
- Mentor new team members when assigned and support department initiatives
- Report and escalate quality issues to senior team members
- Support the medical review of non-serious AEs/ADRs, ensuring data completeness and compliance
- Maintain effective communication with clients, investigators, and healthcare professionals
