Job Description

As a Copy Coordinator at Omnicom, you will be responsible for managing manuscripts, updating references, and ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory requirements. This role requires precision, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, aligning with Omnicom hiring expectations.

You’ll collaborate with editorial, creative, and account teams to support the development of accurate and compliant healthcare communication materials. Participating in the Omnicom hiring strategy, this role is essential for maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update manuscripts to align with approved art layouts and create final versions.
  • Upload and archive manuscripts in the online server system.
  • Manage references in the Veeva library and maintain internal documentation of tags/links.
  • Annotate manuscripts for derivative materials with reference-based support.
  • Highlight references to assist reviewers with copy claims validation.
  • Update Core Claims Documents with approved or revised claims.
  • Assist editorial teams with word-for-word copy reviews.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance in deliverables. This aligns with Omnicom’s hiring standards for thoroughness.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all projects.
  • Participate in team meetings (status, reviews, and hot sheet updates).
  • Maintain agency copy and reference archives on SharePoint.
  • Learn client and agency systems through training modules and hands-on practice.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate concerns to supervisors when necessary, reflecting Omnicom hiring communication protocols.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Biology (any science) will enhance your candidacy in this Omnicom position.

Experience and Skills
