The SBO division centralizes processes and activities to enhance operational efficiency and provide strategic support across Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. SBO acts as a key partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, Health Economics and Value Assessment (HEVA), and Commercial organizations within Sanofi, worldwide.
Educational Requirements for the Jr. Associate – Evidence Synthesis Role:
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
- Candidates with a Medical Degree are also eligible.
Key Responsibilities of the Jr. Associate – Evidence Synthesis Role:
- Assist in the execution of Evidence Synthesis projects including screening, data extraction, and full-text analysis to generate robust evidence for Global and Local markets.
- Develop and maintain Therapeutic Area (TA) expertise.
- Support the internal Sanofi Global Hub team in delivering high-quality evidence generation projects.
- Contribute to research plans during pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.
- Assist in the development of HEVA/Medical strategic evidence materials and generation processes.
- Collaborate with HEVA, Medical, RWE, Clinical, Marketing, Market Access, and External Affairs teams to identify evidence generation and dissemination needs.
Skills Required for the Jr. Associate – Evidence Synthesis Role:
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) within the pharmaceutical industry, CRO consultancy, or academia.
- Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management, communication, and writing skills; ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Technical Skills: Excellent analytical ability to translate clinical and economic data into payer evidence strategies.
- Language: Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
