- Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished goods, and environmental samples.
- Manage external laboratory testing and maintain accurate electronic documentation.
- Lead Accept/Hold/Rejection processes for non-conforming products.
- Maintain laboratory hygiene, ensure equipment calibration, and follow waste management protocols.
