  • Eligibility Criteria
    • Essential Qualifications
      • Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology OR Master’s degree in Microbiology.
    • Desirable Qualifications
      • Bachelor’s degree holders with 3 years’ experience culturing Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
      • Hands-on experience with BSL-3 laboratories and relevant microbiology techniques.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 50 years as of the last date of application.

Key Responsibilities

As part of this microbiology research role, you will:

  • Culture and handle Mycobacterium tuberculosis and mycobacteriophages under BSL-3 conditions.
  • Conduct molecular characterization of mycobacterial membrane proteins.
  • Assist in experimental design, data collection, and analysis.
  • Maintain detailed laboratory documentation and ensure compliance with biosafety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the research team to execute the project.
