Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences
- Proven experience managing TMF in clinical trials with managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical documentation processes
- Excellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
- Proficiency in electronic TMF (eTMF) systems
- Ability to train and influence internal teams and vendors
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or professional certification in clinical research/document management

Job Description of this Life Science Job:
As part of Life Science Jobs opportunities, the TMF Team Lead is responsible for managing the integrity, inspection readiness, and compliance of the Trial Master File (TMF) across clinical trials. The role includes coordinating TMF activities, ensuring quality assurance, and maintaining regulatory compliance while collaborating with clinical project teams and vendors.
Manager – TMF Team Lead Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure TMF inspection readiness and regulatory compliance for assigned studies
- Oversee TMF setup, maintenance, and close-out processes per SOPs and GCP guidelines
- Conduct regular TMF reviews, quality checks, and reconciliation to resolve documentation gaps
- Lead and train study teams and vendors on TMF standards, procedures, and best practices
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for timely and accurate document collection
- Prepare TMF metrics/reports and present findings to clinical management
- Support audits and regulatory inspections by providing TMF expertise
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in TMF processes and technology
