Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Executive/Assistant will play a key role in maintaining and monitoring food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at our Hyderabad outlet. The role involves supporting the QA team in audits, documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the QA team in implementing and monitoring food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks on food, service, and hygiene parameters.
- Assist in internal and external audits, development of SOPs, and maintenance of compliance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to FSSAI, HACCP, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Identify quality gaps and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, and Service teams to ensure quality compliance.
- Support and participate in training programs on food safety, hygiene, and quality practices.
Requirements
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, or Hygiene Management within the F&B, Hospitality, or Food Manufacturing industry (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals may also be considered).
Technical Knowledge:
- Good understanding of FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards.
- Familiarity with food safety audits, SOP development, and compliance documentation.
- Basic knowledge of quality control checks, food handling, and hygiene protocols.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities across departments (Kitchen, Operations, Service).
- Ability to identify quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and ensure follow-up compliance.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Competent in MS Office and basic data reporting tools.
